Budae jjigae is a hot pot dish made with ingredients such as ham, cheese, and sausage brought by American soldiers during the war, served with traditional Korean jjigae soup.Our Budae Jjigae uses a special soup made from eight ingredients, including Baritone's original kimchi and a secret gochujang made by a master of traditional Korean cuisine.
